The easiest thing you can do is soak up all the great resources on the internet. There are links to Facebook groups and blogs on the community page. Mostly, join TLA and follow some blogs and you'll be in pretty good shape to get started.

Another good, usually affordable option is to look for your regional organizations for (1) Classics and (2) language teaching. For example, in MA I can go to CAM, CANE, and MAFLA, in addition to various things in other New England states.
National conferences are a pretty solid bet, too, especially ACL and ACFTL, iFLT, and NTPRS. All of these usually have CI-oriented tracks, or in the latter two cases, are primarily CI-oriented (well, TPRS-oriented). Additionally, CANE is always in New England and reliably has a solid contingent of CI-oriented workshops. If you're into Spoken Latin generally, LLiNYC is another good place to meet a lot of people and see some useful techniques in action.

- Paideia Institute Teacher Training with Justin Slocum Bailey: If you haven't noticed, I link to this dude a lot. He's pretty great as a human and a Latinist, and it's almost unfair how awesome he is as a teacher. If you even kind of have a chance to see him in action, go do it! If you want Paideia to send him to your neck of the woods, they're open to invitations, too.
- Pedagogy Rusticatio: This is kind of a workshop and kind of a life-changing retreat. The topic changes annually but the presenters and content are always fabulous.
- Latin Pedagogy at Wethersfield Institute: Learn about SLA research and living Latin pedagogy with Dr. Patrick Owens, the current curator of the Morgan-Owens lexicon. Especially of interest to those who use or wish to use LLPSI.
Non-Latin specific
These are mostly TPRS workshops for now.
- Fluency Matters: nationwide.
- Blaine Ray TPRS: nationwide. I did one of the three-day workshops once and it was awesome.
- Express Fluency: Brattleboro, VT, and NYC. Sometimes does Latin stuff with Justin Slocum Bailey. There will be a big one this August (2017) with a Latin track.
- TPRS Academy: Netherlands.
