Activities

One of the toughest things about switching to a CI-oriented teaching approach is that all the stuff you used to do with your students suddenly doesn't actually address your goals. Happily, there are zillions of amazing activities out there for you to use. Go slow; pick one at a time to learn and give yourself time to get it under control. Changing everything at once is crazy (I know because I did it).

Activities Database

There is an "Activities" tab on the Mille Noctes database, where eventually there will be simple descriptions and helpful links to a number of different activities that CI-oriented teachers often use. Right now it's kind of a mess but I'm still getting a ton of use out of it. I highly recommend playing around with it.
