About

I'm Ellie, and I made this site to house a bunch of different projects. I'm new to teaching Latin with comprehensible input, and my goal is to help you figure it out along with me. I'm no expert, but I know where to find them, so let's go visit them together.
Some other stuff:
  • I run the group Teaching Latin for Acquisition on Facebook. Join it!
  • I also run the CANE Facebook page.
  • I have a blog at latintoolbox.blogspot.com.
  • I wrote a novella called Cloelia, puella Romana.
  • I've been studying Latin since 1999 and speaking it since 2015. apud Latine loquentes, nomen mihi est Helena.
  • I have a BA and an MA in Classics, and in fact I'm also ABD in the same field (with no plans to ever write the D). I also double majored in history with a focus on imperialism in Africa & Latin America.
